In observance of July 4th, NRCC will be closed on Friday July 4th and will reopen on Monday July 7th at 8:00a.m.
This program incorporates both the classroom and behind-the-wheel components necessary for an individual to pass the DMV Knowledge and Skills Test. The learner who passes the DMV Test is awarded a Commercial Driver’s License – Class A.
