NRCC uses filtering tools on the college email system to block unwanted junk and spam emails. These filtering tools also cause some legitimate emails to be blocked. A whitelist is an exception list that allows emails from selected senders to make it through the spam filters.
NRCC faculty and staff should send requests to the Help Desk for items to be added to the whitelist. Please send any email whitelist request to helpdesk@nr.edu for approval.
