NRCC’s Student Complaints Procedures for all officially registered students are outlined in the Student Handbook. NRCC is dedicated to providing all students with the highest quality education resources available. However, should a conflict arise, NRCC strives to resolve all complaints in a fair and expedient manner.
NRCC’s Online Learning procedures are subject to oversight by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). Students who are enrolled in online courses through NRCC who have followed the college’s grievance procedures in their entirety and are not satisfied may review the information at SCHEV resources and follow the process.
SARA also offers a complaint process for students in SARA-covered courses or programs.
